Mununjali man from Beaudesert

Paul Paulson, a distinguished Mununjali man from Beaudesert, has over 30 years of experience in Indigenous education, employment, and cultural awareness. A graduate of QUT and Griffith University, he has held key leadership roles, authored significant educational resources, and managed corporate relationships at Reconciliation Australia. Founder of the Nahri Institute, Paul is also a Cultural Consultant and a PhD candidate, dedicated to closing the gap in health and education for Indigenous Australians.

Greg Golder, a proud Waanyi descendant, is a seasoned Educator (Master’s Degree) at the Nahri Institute, with over 20 years of experience in education. Known for his engaging and impactful training sessions, Greg expertly combines storytelling with educational content. As an ex-Head of School, he combines this experience with his deep understanding of learning processes and passion for sharing knowledge to make him an effective and relatable trainer and facilitator, fostering inclusivity and respect within corporate, educational, and governmental institutions.

Kathy-Lee, an educator for 17 years, has worked across Preschool to Year 12, focusing on inclusive education. She holds a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education, and Master's in Special Education, and completed a Harvard Data Wise course. Kathy-Lee excels in tailoring educational practices, implementing evidence-based programs, and optimising student potential. She values collaboration with all stakeholders to develop effective plans for diverse learners. Her holistic approach emphasises the synergy of environment, curriculum, and instruction, making differentiation a cornerstone of her pedagogy. Kathy-Lee’s expertise in improving student outcomes and creating individualised strategies drives her success.
